A couple of weekends ago Jason was very spontaneous for me. I've been wanting to go to the beach for a while and he kept telling me no, maybe when it cools off a little. My response was always, who wants to go to the beach and hang out when it's not hot=)
So one Friday he woke up and asked me what we should do for the weekend and my response was go to the beach. Of course he didn't act too excited about that but at about 1:30 he called me and told me to start packing the bags that he had booked 3 nights at the closest beach to our house which was only about 4 hours away. He came home and we left around 3:30!!! We had a wonderful family time!!! One more getaway before baby comes and it was so nice to get away and totally relax, not to mention the boys had a blast and Keagan cried the morning we told him we had to come home. Hope you all enjoy the pictures!!

On the way to the beach the first day, we ended up staying on the beach about 3-5 hours each day!! BTW, Keagan was just trying to keep the sun out of his eyes with the crooked hat:)

After coming in from the beach each day we would stop and swim in the hotel pool for a couple of hours before heading to our room to get ready for dinner. Here is Kason swimming like a little fish. If only you could have seen how clingy he was in the water at the beginning of the summer.....he has come a LONG way!!

One of the spots we hit for dinner was Rainforest Cafe. The boys have never been there and really enjoyed it.

Thank you, Daddy for our trip. We all had a wonderful time. It was just as good as I had imagined it would be. We love you SO much!!!

We took the boys to Sea World a couple of weeks ago. Hot as it is we decided to brave the heat and have a mini vacations. Thank goodness SW has a water park that we were able to cool of at each afternoon. In 2 days we spent 19 hours at Sea World!! I was a tad bit tired but enjoyed spending time together with my boys! Peschel's I'm sorry we didn't call but after spending so much time at SW each day we were worn out at night when we finally got back to the hotel.

The summer has been fun and busy, I have some cute pictures that I hope to post a little later this week but for now here are some pictures of Jason's fishing trip that he went on this past weekend down on the coast. I think he had a really good time but it can always been fun fishing when the fish are biting, right? Enjoy the pictures!

HAPPY 30 + BIRTHDAY

I decided to take over the blog for a short post to tell everyone how much we all love you Heather. You are the rock that holds our family together. You always have an answer for all our questions. (not always the right one) You are a strong christian woman that guides me in becoming a better father to our boys. Our boys are a great example of the influence you are in their lives. I know little Kinsley will be blessed to have a mom like you.

I know that I do not always show just how much you mean to us, but on your birthday, please know that you are loved beyond measure and I truly love you more today than I did yesterday and I will love you more tomorrow than today. Happy Birthday

Ok, I need some help. Do any of you have one of these strollers?? I'm just trying to get what will be easiest not cutest. So I'm just wondering if any of you had any opinions on this one or any others. Kason is big enough that I don't want a regular double stroller that I would have to lift him in and out of. But I was just thinking something like this would be really convenient for him to hop on anytime he gets tired.
