Saturday morning Keagan had a soccer game. Normally he doesn't do too great. Not that he does really bad or awful but it's just that I can tell he's not really trying to play the game, which is really frustrating, because I know he has so much more in him than he gives so it makes the games really hard for me to watch. I am happy to say though that Saturday he played so well. Maybe the best I've ever seen him play defensively. No, he didn't score a goal but he sure kept the other team from scoring several times. Way to go, Keagan...I knew you could do it!!! I remembered to take the camera but left it in the car, oh well.
After the soccer game we came home gobbled some lunch down and quickly changed clothes so we could go to a college football game with some friends. No, Jason wasn't here so technically I didn't have to go but the weather was so nice I thought it would get us out of the house for a while and I knew the boys would enjoy it and that I would enjoy talking with my good friend as well. Some more friends ended up being at the game and sat with us so between us all we had 6 boys that had a fun time playing but I'm not so sure how much football watching they did.

Kason, Noah, Keagan, and Liam
This is my attempt of getting a decent picture of 4 kids (is there really such a thing as that??)=)

Keagan and Ryan
We ended up leaving the game just as the 4th quarter started and went to Gram and Pop's. We normally eat a big family supper over there every Sunday night but we had our Sunday night supper on Saturday last week. The boys really enjoyed getting over there a little earlier than normal because they were able to go swimming in Aunt Lori and Uncle D's new hot tub. It was really nice, they turned the temp down low for us and the boys had a splashing good time.

One busy Saturday = 2 very tired boys!!

Just another little drawing of Keagan's. When I first saw it I said what in the world is that, after he told me it was a surfer on a surf board I thought.... well of course it is that's exactly what it looks like. I like the way he made the little lightning strikes on it, how should he know what a surf board should look like anyway...much less draw one!!??
My parents were here visiting the weekend before last. I didn't take many pictures other than at Keagan's soccer game but I had to take a picture of D-dad and Kason when I caught them catching a cat nap on the couch Saturday morning.

Keagan is playing in his second season of soccer. He did ok last spring season and even scored some but I can tell it's probably not something he's going to want to stick with for much longer. Keagan loves going to the soccer games but does not like practice. He is not really an aggressive child so he doesn't like stealing the ball away from the opposing team. He doesn't mind running right next to them though as they go to kick their goals. Oh the joys of watching 4-5 year olds play soccer. We plan on signing up for baseball next which Keagan has always enjoyed so I hope he is a little more successful a that.

Go # 6!!!

Just a cute picture of my boys at Taco Bell after the game.

A couple of nights ago I heard the front door open and then the house got quiet. I went to see what the boys were doing and they were outside. This picture shows just how I found them. A little too close to the street but too cute anyway. They knew Daddy was coming home from work so they decided to go out and wait on him. They were either really tired of me that day or they just really love their Daddy and enjoy every moment with him....or I guess it could be a little of both=)
Saturday was a really nice day. It did rain a little bit from the hurricane but not much. Mainly it was just really windy outside. The boys and I went out to check out the wind and ended up discovering a really cool rock washing up from the ground. We finished digging it out. Keagan thought we might could wash it and make it look really pretty then he decided after we did that, that he should just paint it. So then Kason decided he also needed to paint a rock as well.

Well, no pictures right now b/c Jason is in my car and so is the camera. I do have some cute ones to upload so whenever I can I'll put them on here. Just wanted to update everyone. We are all totally normal (well as normal as we get anyway) again, no sickness is left....yippee. We've had a wonderful week with the greatest weather ever. I am on my 5th straight day of the windows being open and no air conditioner on. I love it!!! We've had some fun playing outside and meeting friends at parks to play this week. Today we plan to go out and celebrate with Keagan when he gets out of school. We are celebrating because so far he only has green stamps in his folder for his behavior at school for the month. Way to go my sweet boy, I knew you could do it!!! I am trying to reward him with a little surprise each week that he gets only green but since we've all been sick so much we haven't been able to treat him so we plan on a big trip to Maggie Moo's today after we pick him up. We chose today since Jason is off on Thursdays, we wanted him to celebrate with us too!!!! Also I guess we could celebrate mommy doing well on my lab test from Tuesday...thank you to all of you who prayed for me, I received a 97!!!! Thank you Jesus!!!! That's all for now hopefully I can post some pictures soon. Have a great weekend everyone!

Well I'm about to start disinfecting our entire house so I won't post much. You wonder why I am going to do this??? I am fed up with illness!!! We have all had turns being sick for the past 2 weeks and I am tired of it. We haven't been able to get out and do anything because somebody is always sick. We normally aren't a sick family and usually don't catch the bug that's "going around". But we sure haven't been able to shake this stuff. We all have had some pretty high fevers with Keagan's topping out at 103.8 and mine at 103.5!!! Keagan ran a fever for 7 straight days, Kason for 5!! Right now I have strep and hopefully will get over it this weekend so I can start back to my classes next week. I can't stand to be sick it's too hard to catch up!! I do have to thank my wonderful husband though yesterday was his day off, thank goodness and he helped out so much so that I don't have too much catching up to do. He waited on me constantly, gave me medicine and drinks on demand:), did all the laundry, the dishes, and took care of the kids. I appreciate you SO MUCH, thanks for being SO sweet!!!! I guess in the next few days we will see how strong Jason's immune system actually is. Hopefully it's very strong and he can end up being the only one that didn't get sick. I can't wait to get out of this house and do something fun!!! Ok...I'm off to get every stinkin' last germ out of this house!!!!

A couple of weekends ago my oldest brother and a friend of his came down to visit. Keagan and Kason were SO excited to see their Uncle Brice. We had a fun weekend of playing with him and the boys were sure sad to see him leave. Thanks for coming and spending some time with us we all enjoyed it especially Keagan and Kason!!!
Love this picture..ha!! If anybody who has a 2 year old would like to contain them just let me know!! Of course I'm joking...Kason loved Brice's kennels for his dogs and thought they were so much fun to get in and out of.

Keagan, Dolche, Uncle Brice right before Uncle Brice had to leave.
On another note...since Keagan started kindgergarten and is gone so much of the day I've been really trying to take advantage of the alone time I have with Kason and give him the same opportunities I gave Keagan at that age. We've had a fun time together in the mornings. I think Kason is really enjoying his mommy time every day. Here are a couple of picture of him playing with play - doh and painting a circle.

Also my school is in full swing now. I'm trying to stay ahead of the game and am positive that it is going to be a good semester. Be praying for me when you think of me though because my first round of tests is coming up next week. It does help though that I'm only taking one class and lab this semester so I shouldn't get too bogged down and need emergency help from my Mom this semester.
